When Ace of Shade Asia team going to do an installation at your place.
We will once again to talk to you/your contractor to make sure that you are fully aware the exact location, how to dig the ground, where the posts/poles install, where the wall fixings will be. To avoid the misunderstanding to each party.
For shade Sail and tension membrane, we will dig a hole. Then, do footing.
However, if you sure that your floor has strong base with steel bar+ concrete already. We can install the post/Pole without do footing.
Install Anchor Points:
- Identify suitable anchor points for each corner of the shade sail. Anchor points can be existing structures like buildings, poles, or we may need to install posts or other anchors.
- If attaching to a building, we will use heavy-duty bolts and anchors to secure the mounting brackets. For posts, dig holes and use concrete to set them securely.
Attach Mounting Hardware:
- Attach mounting hardware (e.g., pad eyes) to the anchor points. Ensure that the hardware is securely fastened using appropriate bolts and screws.
Connect the Shade Sail:
- Connect one corner of the shade sail to the installed mounting hardware. Use the provided D-rings or other connectors.
Attach Remaining Corners:
- Attach the remaining corners of the shade sail to their respective anchor points. Make sure the sail is evenly tensioned.
Tension the Shade Sail:
- If the shade sail includes a tensioning device (e.g., turnbuckle), use it to tighten the sail. This step is crucial for ensuring the sail is taut and can withstand wind and weather.
Check Tension Regularly:
- Periodically check the tension of the shade sail to ensure it remains secure. Adjust the tension if necessary.
